Palo Santo:

A sacred wood from South America. Traditionally used by shamans to cleanse negative energy, enhance meditation and call in abundance.

White Sage:

Instructions:
Use a lighter to apply flame to the sage or palo santo and hold for about 30 seconds. Blow out the flame and use the smoke to cleanse your room, sacred objects or physical body. Use a feather or smudge fan to spread the smoke if desired.
